Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients regarding car rental bookings and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection, reservations, transactions, and any modifications to their bookings.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s fleet, rental policies, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and timely returns.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for service improvement.
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or car rental industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
