Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to Nordic-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries about subscription details, account issues, and available content.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's customer management system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new content and updates on the streaming platform to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) is essential, along with English proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A passion for streaming services and entertainment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
