As a Sales Development Representative, reporting to the Sales Manager in our Sales team, you will be responsible for converting warm leads to sales, and help with initial onboarding of the customer. You will grow your base by delivering excellent service, farming referrals from your existing clients and exploring other avenues to generate sales. You will work closely with your manager to onboard new initiatives to help drive sales performance. You will be responsible for mentoring 2-3 people on your pod. You will do this by leading from the front, upholding the values and ideals of Booksy.
