Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations, including changes and cancellations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Offer support and guidance on car rental policies, procedures, and services.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the car rental or travel industry.

• Knowledge of car rental processes and systems is a plus.
