Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is on the lookout for a French Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative in our Health Department. This unique role is tailored for individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment and have a passion for health and wellness. In this position, you will provide essential support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and guiding them regarding e-cigarette products and related health information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and health-related queries across various communication platforms including phone, email, and chat.
• Offer accurate and clear information regarding the usage, benefits, and safety of e-cigarette products.
• Assist customers in resolving issues effectively, including troubleshooting and managing returns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry regulations, health guidelines, and product innovations.
• Collaborate closely with the health department team to ensure comprehensive understanding of products and health-related matters.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in the health or e-cigarette sectors.
• Knowledge of e-cigarette products, including an understanding of health implications, is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to handle inquiries related to sensitive health issues with discretion and professionalism.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
