Role: Account Executive

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, US-based or overlapping with US business hours.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

About the Company:

Their technology enhances efficiency, improves patient outcomes, and streamlines administrative workflows, enabling healthcare professionals to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Role Overview:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare provider clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business goals and proactively offering solutions.
  • Onboard new clients, providing education and training on Flagler Health’s AI-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, and engineering) to address client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to client success and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar role within healthcare, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to client success.

Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience working with AI-powered healthcare solutions.
    • Background in SaaS or digital health platforms.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Understanding of clinical workflows and provider pain points.
