You are an experienced Program Manager with a passion for driving strategic HR initiatives and enhancing employee experiences in a fast-paced SaaS or product organization. You bring a strong project management background, a broad understanding of HR disciplines and employee lifecycle processes. You thrive in high-growth, complex environments and excel at building scalable, data-driven solutions that drive organizational impact.

About the Role:
As a Program Manager in the People Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing key people programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve the People team’s efficiency. You will work closely with the People Business Partnering and Talent Management team  to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that align with HighLevel’s business goals.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Program Design & Execution
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR programs across key areas like Talent Management, Career Development, Learning, Performance Management, and People Partnering.
  • Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management, from planning and execution to continuous improvement.
  • Partner with People Business Partners & Talent Teams to design structured career development programs and learning pathways.
  • Own project tracking—conduct check-in calls, flag project delays, and propose solutions to maintain execution momentum.

  • Process Optimization & Automation
  • Identify inefficiencies in Talent & Learning processes and implement scalable improvements and automation to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Educate and train the People Team on project management best practices, ensuring consistent execution of initiatives.

  • Talent & Learning Analytics
  • Use data and metrics to measure the impact of learning programs, career frameworks, and performance management.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track learning adoption, promotion trends, and talent readiness.
  • Drive a data-driven decision-making culture by continuously refining programs based on insights.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Change Management
  • Act as a strategic partner to People Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Talent teams to create a seamless employee growth experience.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring that People Team programs evolve in response to business needs and workforce expectations



  • What You'll Bring:
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR Program Management, Talent Management, or Learning & Development, preferably in a SaaS or product company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Strong program and project management expertise, with experience in running large-scale HR and Talent programs.
  • Good understanding of Learning, Career Development, and Performance Management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with high attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in change management and employee experience design.
