Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager / Consultant with strong Arabic and English language skills to lead government-focused data and AI projects. You will coordinate project teams, manage client relationships (often with Saudi or Gulf ministries and agencies), and ensure successful delivery of solutions that adhere to local regulations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between government clients and internal data/technical teams.
• Draft project proposals, status reports, and official communications in Arabic (and English, as needed).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and handle escalations diplomatically.
• Oversee compliance with Saudi/Gulf data protection laws, obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written/spoken skills; strong English proficiency.
• 5+ years experience in project management or consulting, ideally in IT/data/AI domains.
• Proven track record managing government or large enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and relevant tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, cultural awareness for Middle Eastern markets.

Preferred/Optional

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 or public sector modernization initiatives in the Gulf.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts to better coordinate with technical teams.
