Role Overview

As a Recruiter at BrandBastion, you will enhance our team by sourcing, screening, and hiring top candidates, aligning talent acquisition with our growth and cultural values. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, create engaging job listings, and use innovative techniques to attract global talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the role and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various platforms and tools for outreach, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a remote or tech-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including technical, managerial, and frontline positions.

Skills:

  • Very strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media and professional networks for sourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess candidate fit for roles and company culture.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
