In this pivotal role, you will assist French-speaking customers with their airline-related inquiries, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive travel experience. Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding reservations, flight details, and airline policies.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer issues, including booking changes, cancellations, and feedback.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system for record-keeping and service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues and enhance overall service efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with airline services, policies, and industry knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and effective communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the airline or travel industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
