Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding transportation services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about bookings, schedules, and service issues.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and offer solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and address any customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on transportation industry trends and service offerings to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or travel sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
