Responsibilities

  • Engage with Finnish-speaking customers to assist with banking inquiries related to products and services.
  • Support clients in managing their accounts, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries.
  • Stay updated on banking products, compliance regulations, and policies to offer informed support.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and various office software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive customer information respectfully.
  • A self-motivated professional capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
