French Speaking Accommodation Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a remote position for a French Speaking Accommodation Support Specialist, available to candidates residing in Greece. This role provides you with the opportunity to work from home while delivering excellent support to our French-speaking clients regarding their accommodation needs. As a key member of our team, you will manage inquiries, facilitate bookings, and ensure clients have a positive and seamless experience. Additionally, this position includes a relocation package, ensuring a smooth transition to your new role in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking clients with their accommodation inquiries and requests.
• Manage booking processes and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Engage proactively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored assistance.
• Document client interactions and service requests accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about local accommodation options and trends in the industry.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• A valid EU passport
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or accommodation sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
