In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries related to electronic products and resolving any technical issues that arise. Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to electronic devices, delivering effective solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and solutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
• Guide customers on product functionalities, usage, and troubleshooting methods to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in electronics support, technical support, or related customer service roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of simplifying technical information for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting processes and experience using CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
