Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the messaging platform in a timely manner.
  • Guide users in understanding platform features and recommend best practices for effective use.
  • Accurately document client interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to resolve complex client issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and enhancements to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and messaging applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple inquiries effectively.
