Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking airline passengers via phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other airline services.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide accurate assistance.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the airline or travel industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to effectively handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the travel sector and a commitment to enhancing customer experiences.
