Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient with basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote working environment.
