We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role requires strong English communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making numerous inbound and outbound calls, engaging with B2B clients, and closing deals across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales activities within an assigned portfolio of accounts.

· Expand our B2B client base by securing new business from small to global enterprises.

· Identify and pursue sales opportunities across multiple product categories.

· Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

· Develop and share innovative sales campaigns within the team.

· Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

· Build relationships with Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-Level executives.

· Maintain and grow existing B2B client relationships through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year of sales experience (SDR, Inside Sales, or similar roles).

· Fluent English skills (both written and spoken).

· A proactive, high-energy approach with excellent phone communication skills ("smiling voice").

· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.

· Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and sales interactions.

· Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for sales.

· Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
