Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the messaging platform promptly.
• Assist users in understanding platform features and provide tailored recommendations for effective usage.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with product and technical teams to resolve complex client issues and enhance service quality.
• Stay up to date with product updates and features to ensure informed support delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for troubleshooting and solving customer issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
