Triple Whale is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager that will report to the Head of Ecosystem Marketing. This role is at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, and revenue growth—developing and executing strategic co-marketing initiatives that increase awareness, generate leads, and drive measurable impact. You’ll manage relationships with key agency and tech partners, build scalable marketing programs, and activate collaborative campaigns that support both Triple Whale and our partner ecosystem.
Job Description
Partner Co-Marketing & Demand Generation
* Design and execute co-marketing campaigns (webinars, content collaborations, email campaigns, events) to drive demand and generate leads with agency and tech partners.
* Develop scalable demand generation programs that align with the broader business and messaging strategy.
* Showcase partners to make key assets more impactful (websites, sales decks, partner directories, and content).
* Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create thought leadership content, including ebooks, case studies, “technology stack” solutions, and blog posts.
* Track performance of co-marketing campaigns, ensuring all lead lists are properly submitted and imported into CRM (e.g., HubSpot) in a timely manner.
* Organize and execute partner marketing efforts in alignment with revenue goals and OKRs.
Partner Enablement & Growth
* Support partner program initiatives, including newsletters, town halls, tier awards, and product launch communications.
* Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (marketing, content, sales, product) and external partners to maximize campaign impact.
Event & Community Activation
* Plan and execute virtual partner-hosted and Triple Whale-hosted events, including webinars and digital summits. For in-person events like industry conferences and private dinners, collaborate closely with the event marketing team to ensure seamless execution and partner involvement.
* Identify strategic event sponsorship and speaking opportunities to maximize brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications / Requirements
* 2+ years in partner marketing, co-marketing, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS or ecommerce tech environment.
* Understanding of agency and tech partner ecosystems—how they operate and how to activate them for marketing success.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management—able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Experience planning and executing virtual events (e.g., webinars, co-branded campaigns), with knowledge of best practices for engagement and conversion.
* Strong writing skills, with experience creating both long-form (ebooks, whitepapers) and short-form (email, social, blog) content.
* Proficiency with project management tools to coordinate and track partner marketing initiatives.
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pivot strategies based on data and partner feedback.
