As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll support ActivTrak’s lifecycle programs for the full journey of audiences who enter the ActivTrak ecosystem. Key responsibilities include strategy and program definition to nurture relationships to create new customers, retain and expand current customers, win back previous ones, and ultimately create a customer love so deep that every customer becomes an advocate. You’ll focus on educating audiences across multiple channels on our free and paid plans so they get continuous value from the ActivTrak product and experience. This role requires a collaborative mindset to balance priorities across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Success and Product.
