We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to support product and brand marketing initiatives that drive Thrive’s growth across B2C and B2B audiences. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic input, helping develop marketing materials, shape how we communicate new products and features, and bring Thrive to life through compelling visuals and content.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute product marketing materials for B2C and B2B, including feature rollouts, positioning, messaging, marketing copy, and campaign assets.
Bring member stories to life by managing and growing Thrive’s testimonial bank.
Manage the Thrive marketing calendar, aligning product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments across B2C and B2B.
Support social media execution in partnership with the central Brand team.
Support and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, collaborating with creative teams.
Manage Thrive’s centralized image and video bank, ensuring accessibility for the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role.
Experience developing product marketing strategies and materials for B2C and/or B2B audiences.
Strong writing skills with experience creating marketing and product content across multiple formats.
Experience supporting brand asset creation, bonus if photoshoot and video shoot coordination experience.
Strong project management skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
