Job Role:   Publisher Success Coordinator and Data Analyst
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, (TBD) AU Time Zone
Salary range: $1200 - $1500 AUD

Who The Client Is: The Client is an ad-tech platform that connects D2C brands with top publishers like Forbes, Vogue, Morning Brew and ELLE. Operating on a cost-per-click model, it enables brands to secure editorial coverage and pay only for traffic driven to their sites. Clients span industries like beauty, fashion, homeware, and health, including major names like Amazon, Spotify, and New Balance.

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-loving individual to support our publisher team by gathering data, screenshots, and key assets from our channels. This role involves organizing and compiling insights into clear reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to drive publisher success.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze campaign data, screenshots, and performance metrics from multiple channels.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance optimization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Compile reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain well-organized documentation of campaign data and performance reports.
  • Assist in streamlining reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the publisher team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assets.
  • Support internal teams by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to relevant teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and reporting software.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with data analysis in digital marketing, advertising, or publishing.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
