The National Gridiron League is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our league, products, and events. You will be a key player in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach to potential clients, partners, and sponsors.
  • Identify and qualify leads, and follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Present league offerings, pricing, and promotional opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in outbound sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Passion for sports, particularly football, is a plus.
