• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective resolution of issues.
• Stay informed about transportation services and updates to provide well-informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or travel sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
