  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or travel sector.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
