• Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with questions about smoke-free products, their features, and usage.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the tobacco or smoke-free products sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
