In this role, you will provide excellent support to our Portuguese-speaking customers in the online gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries related to account management, gaming features, and payment methods.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service strategies and address complex issues.
  • Stay updated on gaming products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • EU passport is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Greece if not currently residing there.
