Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and order processing.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • EU passport is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer goods or tobacco industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Greece if not currently residing there.
