Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about telecommunications services, billing, and technical support.
• Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries effectively.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• EU passport is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
