About the Role:
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and guidance from day one. You will handle onboarding calls, manage bi-weekly client check-ins, and provide detailed monthly reporting. Your role involves timely responses to client Slack messages, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and managing community communications (including downsell offers). You will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships and ensuring they achieve success with our services.
