For one of our clients, we are looking for a Manager, Marketing Automation, remotely from the United States.

As a Manager of Marketing Automation, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth through strategic automation initiatives. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing automation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business objectives, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing team culture, ensuring continuous professional development, and implementing best practices in marketing automation to achieve measurable results.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team focused on marketing automation, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies that align with business goals, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for automation that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms, ensuring they meet organizational needs and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights, continuously refining strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices in data management within marketing automation processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing automation, with a strong background in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through innovative marketing automation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing automation are a plus.
