UK - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients.
As a Customer Care Assistant you will support our workers and candidates by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints. You will be the front line of support to ensure that customers (both workers and clients) are satisfied!

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday // 8:30am to 17:30 UK TIME  9:30am to 18:30 ES TIME (Weekends could be required in the future)
Salary: €16,225.00 per year // Annual bonus: €2,400.00
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Remote - Madrid


Responsibilities:
  • Handling our workers and candidates queries, using their channel of choice.
  • Classifying queries accordingly to issue type and client, including internal escalations, in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Helping and offering guidance to our workers. 
  • Reporting to the different departments about their correspondent queries, errors and suggesting improvements.
  • Increasing customer satisfaction, being involved in different satisfaction surveys results’ analysis.
  • Improving our FAQs to reduce overall customer care contacts and ensure our workers are clear on how everything works during their journey with us.
  • Creating and improving internal training material, always seeking to improve the job.
  • Being involved in the company environment to understand the needs and day to day operations.
  • Working closely with Recruitment, Payroll and Service teams to support both workers and candidates are provided with the information they need.
  • Actively participate in team meetings.

  • Requirements and skills:
  • Good level of English and basic IT skills.
  • Spanish is not mandatory but desirable. 
  • At least one year of experience in customer support.
  • Good communication skills: you are a good listener who communicates clearly, confidently and in a concise way.
  • Good organization skills and the ability to be proactive and prioritise, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Time management skills.
  • Positive and optimistic.
  • Eager to work, grow and take ownership.
  • Ability to properly conduct complex conversations.
  • Team-player, flexible and willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-oriented and used to work with KPIs.
