• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and technical support as needed.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve customer issues and enhance their experience.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or retail sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries.
• Able to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment in Greece.
