Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients within the HR industry
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Present and demonstrate Barkerross' HR solutions to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales strategies
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the HR or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales processes and client relationship management
