We are looking for a skilled Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist to join our proactive team. This role requires a dedicated individual who can quickly be deployed to various client locations to provide essential customer support. You will be instrumental in helping our clients maintain high service standards during challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service in Dutch and English, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Travel to various client locations throughout Europe as needed, often on short notice.
  • Quickly acclimate to different company environments and their specific customer service procedures.
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions with customers and gather insights for ongoing service improvements.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to foster positive relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changes effectively.
  • Experience with crisis management or in a dynamic service environment is preferred.
