As an Inbound Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into successful customers. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and guide them through the sales process. Your goal is to drive revenue growth by effectively demonstrating the value of Wati's solutions and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Qualify, engage, and convert inbound leads into paying customers.
  • Sales Process: Conduct product demos, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.
  • Customer Discovery: Understand customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track progress, and forecast revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimise the inbound sales funnel.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Wati's offerings and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to prospects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in an inbound AE role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
