LogiSense is seeking a Director, Product Management to join our team and work on fascinating technology, while enjoying a work-from-home virtual environment with an outstanding group of people who are solving new challenges around monetizing IoT, Communications and XaaS products and services for Enterprise customers. 

As a key leader within our Product team, working directly with our CTO, we are seeking a strategic, process-driven, and execution-focused individual to spearhead our product initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiencies, harnessing competitive intelligence, and executing our strategic vision to strengthen market leadership. You will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our industry-leading usage-based billing platform, empowering companies with a transformative approach to business

The Position

As the LogiSense Director, Product Management you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience in driving product strategy, optimizing development processes, and executing high-impact initiatives alongside the CTO. You will refine your ability to scale a product team, implement operational efficiencies, and leverage competitive intelligence to strengthen market positioning. Additionally, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution, while shaping the future of an industry-leading usage-based billing platform that is transforming how businesses operate. Be Good At:

• Applying your 7+ years of Product Management experience and 5+ years leading a team alongside your Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or equivalent experience
• Managing a SaaS product throughout its lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
• Demonstrating your ability to manage, mentor, and coach Product Managers, including experience with headcount planning and recruitment
• Strategically planning, using Product Management frameworks and practices, and establishing pricing models
• Successfully driving roadmap execution and aligning initiatives with business objectives
• Using your exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and solve complex problems
• Ability to be hands-on, take ownership of projects, and be a driver
• Utilizing your strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment to the Product Department
• Assisting with market and customer research to support the development of product strategy
• Defining solutions, product specifications, pricing structures, and roll-out strategies
• Streamlining product development processes
• Creating and articulating solution value propositions and key differentiators
• Developing core product and solution value propositions, including target audiences, technical details, and business benefits
• Conducting competitive analysis and track industry trends
• Working with industry analysts to increase product position and awareness
• Providing pre-sales support, including RFP/RFI responses
• Ensuring release process and delivery timelines  meet company  goals
• Driving efficiency and quality of product documentation
• Bonus points for experience in the following industries: Financial Applications(ERP), Billing or Payment applications, Communications, and IoT
