Job Description

The Product Owner will be responsible for managing tasks and projects related to the net2phone Unite interface, including web, mobile, and premium plan features.

This role involves aligning product development with business goals, ensuring a seamless user experience, and working closely with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements for the Unite interface, focusing on enhancing user experience across web, mobile, and premium plans.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, creating detailed user stories that guide development teams with clarity and purpose.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of features, ensuring timelines are met and projects align with scope and business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and integration of scalable and reliable features into the Unite platform, ensuring consistency across interfaces.
  • Work directly with developers and designers to refine the Unite interface, implementing feedback and iterating on design and functionality.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology trends to assess their impact on the Unite platform and adjust product strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflow and ensure continuous delivery of valuable features.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to the development team, addressing challenges and ensuring technical excellence.

  • We expect you to have:
  • Proven experience managing and leading product-focused projects, with a strong background in software development and web/mobile technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, demonstrating the ability to manage product backlogs and sprints effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • It is a plus to understand cloud infrastructure and its role in delivering a scalable and secure Unite platform.
