We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Partnerships Manager to enhance dLocal's presence and partnerships within the EMEA region. This pivotal role involves leading high-level collaborations with key stakeholders in the payments ecosystem to propel the growth and success of our global operations.
What will I be doing?
Lead and strengthen strategic partnerships with acquirers, issuing banks, and card schemes across the EMEA region, providing strategic insights and driving impactful initiatives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with dLocal's business objectives to enhance our market position.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage growth, innovation, and operational excellence opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic partnership prospects and gain a competitive advantage.
Drive the negotiation, structuring, and implementation of intricate partnership agreements that foster revenue growth and market expansion.
Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, industry influencers, and regulatory bodies to nurture a collaborative ecosystem.
Monitor and assess partnership performance against predefined KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
What skills do I need?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in senior roles within the Fintech, Payments Industry, Banking, or related sectors, with a focus on strategic partnerships and business development.
Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnership initiatives in the EMEA region, fueling business growth and market expansion.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
