Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand technical aspects of the product and clearly communicate it to customers
Provide training and onboarding support to our new customers ensuring they become power users of our platform
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to cross-sell/upsell marketing or other use-cases or present results from customer pilots
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Pre-sales and post-sales team, customer support, engineering and product)
Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product improvements
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software
Requirements
C1 English level, or better
Medium Excel Skills
