Customer Success Manager (CSM) - LATAM

Job Description



Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand technical aspects of the product and clearly communicate it to customers
  • Provide training and onboarding support to our new customers ensuring they become power users of our platform
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to cross-sell/upsell marketing or other use-cases or present results from customer pilots
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Pre-sales and post-sales team, customer support, engineering and product)
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product improvements
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software

  • Requirements
  • C1 English level, or better
  • Medium Excel Skills
  • Excellent communications skills
