Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address any concerns or needs.
Sales Growth:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
Develop account strategies to meet sales targets.
Monitor client accounts to ensure they are using services effectively and identify expansion opportunities.
Customer Success & Retention:
Ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products or services.
Conduct regular check-ins and resolve issues promptly.
Focus on client retention by delivering value and maintaining engagement.
Problem Solving:
Address any issues clients face and work with internal teams to provide solutions.
Advocate for the client’s needs within the company.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and hand off relationships.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet client expectations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates to management on account status and key metrics.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategies.
Requirements
C1 English level, or better
