The Marketing Director, Contract SME is a vital member of the Marketing team. The SME uses their knowledge of and experience in enterprise contracting, to:
·Increase Agiloft awareness
·Grow pipeline
·Enable the field sales and presales organizations
·Increase win rates
·Prioritize product development requirements
The SME has documented and verified subject matter expertise around a particular persona (legal, procurement, IT) and job (legal operations). The SME will be responsible for developing role-specific messaging, hosting and presenting webinars to the targeted role, representing Agiloft at role-specific events, and building role-focused playbooks and sales strategies in conjunction with the Agiloft Sales Enablement team.
Job Responsibilities
Refine existing messaging for further impact
Create compelling messaging that speaks to the concerns, needs, and requirements of the targeted role.
Collaborate with existing PMM to develop additional, new, compelling and credible messaging and positioning for the Agiloft product and broader market
Bring messaging to peers through presentations, meeting and programs at industry events
Present, deliver and host demand and thought leadership webinars
Enable the sales team to be more effective at positioning value-based messaging ultimately tied to the Agiloft solution
Assist Agiloft Product Managers in setting their product roadmap
Create compelling messaging that speaks to the concerns, needs, and requirements of the targeted role.
Work with the marketing team to develop appropriate content for the target role to correspond to each stage of the sales cycle across all channels.
Manage role-specific messaging for product launches and new software releases.
Lead competitive analysis and share competitive learnings with regard to the targeted role with marketing, sales, product management, and customer success teams.
Serve as primary Agiloft evangelist for the targeted role by presenting at industry conferences, customer meetings, and other internal and external events.
Work with SDRs and sales teams on role-specific product positioning and messaging, including sales training on how to identify, communicate with, and influence prospects in the targeted role.
Develop customer insight through customer and prospect interviews and quantitative surveys.
Define market opportunity and inform product roadmap by analyzing competitors’ approach to the targeted role and working with customer success, sales, engineering, and product teams.

Required Qualifications
Must have a minimum of three years’ experience working in, or adjacent to, Legal Operations, with a clear ability to articulate the core functions and focus of that role.
Some experience in implementing or using Contract Lifecycle Management as part of an organization reporting to General Counsel, Legal Operations, Sales/Sales Ops, Purchasing
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor Arts degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrable ability to develop written content such as white papers, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Experience managing messaging and competitive analysis
Experience in influencing the selection of products (whether as a buyer or seller)
Experience collaborating effectively cross-functionally to achieve results
Experience delivering compelling presentations, internally and at industry events
Experience managing and developing programs with clear data-driven results
