How will you achieve success:
Execute and ensure accuracy of cadenced reporting processes (e.g., Weekly Business Review, Monthly Business Review, SG&A Budget-vs-Actuals).
Create, improve, and maintain financial metrics, reports, and scorecards for consolidation.
Develop annual projections, routine forecasts, and scalable processes to ensure repeatability.
Build relationships with Finance and SG&A business partners, driving process improvements and continuous enhancements.
Support financial due diligence for pre-IPO preparation and measure company-wide cost-saving initiatives on the P&L.
What experiences will help you in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a business-related field with 4+ years of experience in accounting, business, or finance preferred.
Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with financial reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, IntAcct), and familiarity with ERP systems; strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and SQL.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities while navigating ambiguity.
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), with experience understanding databases and generating SQL queries.
Self-starter with exposure to analytical tools, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to defining solutions for the business.
