We are looking for a strong analytically minded performance marketing expert to drive efficient growth for Houzz Pro through growth marketing channels including SEM, meta, CTV, and more. This is an end-to-end role: you will own ideation, execution, and analysis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about taking on the full reigns of one of our largest growth drivers and working closely with counterparts in Data Science, Product, PMM, Design, Lifecycle, and Engineering.
What You’ll Do
Be the expert on our professionals: who they are, what they look for, and how they look for it
Operationally manage growth marketing channels for Houzz Pro
Optimize ads for revenue and profitability specific KPIs
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to launch AB tests to improve performance
Design and test campaign structures, ads, landing pages, bidding, and other impact driven variables
Collaborate with key stakeholders to digest learnings and drive growth
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
At least 3-5 years of growth marketing experience with familiarity in SEM and meta
A firm analytical and date-oriented mindset
Strong written and verbal communication
Fluent in growth marketing best practices
Track record of success and career advancement
Strong excel/google sheets skills
