We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Specialist to drive successful product launches, create compelling messaging, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on bridging product development with market strategies, ensuring alignment across teams to maximize product adoption and growth.

Product Launches:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and updates.
Manage the entire product launch process, from concept through to launch, including post-launch analysis.
Work closely with the Product team to understand the product roadmap and prioritize launches based on market needs.
Cross-functional Team Collaboration
Serve as the liaison between product, sales, customer service, and marketing (CRM, paid, regional marketing and growth) teams to ensure alignment with product messaging and objectives.
Content Creation and Management
Create compelling, targeted content to effectively communicate the value of new features to both current and prospective Lodgify users.
Develop and refine product messaging to ensure it resonates with targeted customer segments and stands out in the market.
Sales Enablement
Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, provide training sessions and workshops to empower the sales team and collaborate with Sales leadership to identify gaps and optimize resources for maximum impact on the funnel and MRR.
Market Intelligence
Gather and analyze market data to better understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
Product Branding, Visual and Communication Strategy
Define KPIs for product launches and report on outcomes to the leadership team.
Oversee external product communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns that increase product awareness and adoption.
Plan and execute the product releases together with the product team
Provide regular updates to the leadership team on product marketing efforts and outcomes.

5 years of experience in Product Marketing.
Experience working in the SaaS industry
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.

Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content, CRM, and performance marketing.
