Manager, Sales Operations

Job Description



In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Improve overall utilization of sales team resources including time, tools, technology and processes to achieve higher results with a focus on our advisory business 
  • Think outside the box to support the development of our future financial planning and investment advice service model
  • Drive sales team productivity by optimizing systems and processes to drive improvements in quota attainment, performance metrics, sales funnel conversion, speed to lead, sales cycle length and pipeline management. Increase the time spent on actual services and selling 
  • Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to build net new service models and channels for our advisor team
  • Help sales teams focus energy in the right areas and on the right segments in their day to day to increase team output
  • Partner with sales leadership stakeholders to build new tactics to drive growth and optimization 
  • Partner with the sales enablement team to develop sales training plans to improve the team’s overall productivity and address potential training gaps.
  • Leverage Generative AI to increase productivity and efficiency

  • Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Revenue or Sales Operations Experience - 5+ years working directly with 200+ sales teams and leadership to drive productivity and growth. Bonus if you have familiarity working with financial planning or investment advisory teams 
  • Technology - Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong & ChiliPiper tooling familiarity 
  • Data and Analytics - strong SQL and analysis skills 
  • Resourcefulness - Demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly. A positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals
  • Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Experienced people leader
  • Prioritization & problem-solving - Knows how to break down complex problems and identify root causes. Knows how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. Understands the scope of an issue and its priority
