Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in luxury or automotive sectors, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm for luxury brands.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
