About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our outbound email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cold email outreach and automation platforms, a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, and the ability to create data-driven campaigns. This role will play a crucial part in driving qualified leads and contributing to our overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage outbound email campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.
  • Strategically segment and personalize email lists to maximize response rates.
  • Utilize tools like Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, and Clay to design, automate, and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, and conversions, and implement improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine email copy, subject lines, and CTAs for optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with email outreach best practices and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader company goals.
  • Stay updated on trends and innovations in email marketing and lead generation.
  • Provide detailed reporting on outreach performance and recommend actionable insights.

Requirements

About You

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in outbound email management or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, and Clay is required. Familiarity with other CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on crafting engaging and professional email copy.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Time Zone: Must be able to work within US time zones as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with lead generation and sales development strategies.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and tools.
  • Understanding of sales funnels and the buyer’s journey.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations.
