Red Canary is looking for a motivated and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to help shape and execute our go-to-market strategy through our diverse network of channel and alliance partners. In this role, you will be driving the success of our partner marketing initiatives, supporting the growth of our business and partner ecosystem. You will assist in developing and executing a partner marketing strategy that drives demand generation, partnership development, pipeline acceleration sourced through partners and brand awareness with the ultimate goal of achieving closed won ACV. In this role you will work cross functionally with our Channel & Alliances teams as part of the Demand Generation organization to execute and build scalable programs that drive pipeline growth, including regional in-person and virtual events. What You'll Do
Support the creation and execution of partner marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes through key partners, including both channel and alliance partners. Own partner marketing across multiple segments and territories, working closely with the field and our partner teams.
Lead the implementation of partner programs, events and campaigns that support the growth of our channel partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Manage and optimize a budget.
Enhance ongoing communication with partners to keep them engaged and help them better understand our partner value proposition, offerings, and vision.
Work closely with product marketing, channel & alliances, and field marketing to create strategic marketing plays that engage top partners and promote Red Canary’s joint value proposition.
Develop and manage scalable demand generation programs that empower our regional channel & field teams to drive results.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, using insights to suggest improvements. Rigorously track and monitor how your programing impacts opportunity generation, pipeline progression, regional top deals, ACV attainment, and other key data points through Tableau and Salesforce. Use this data to propose regional campaigns; create quarterly and annual strategies to meet and exceed business KPIs.
Collaborate closely across multiple department stakeholders on strategy, using data to prioritize resources to accelerate deals, generate new pipeline, and drive joint opportunities.
Foster a culture of testing and optimization to continuously improve program performance and ROI. Track and report on the budget and overall expenses for your programs; measure and optimize ROI on events to develop future programs.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or exceptional equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with a focus on partner and channel marketing.
Experience working cross functionally to create effective partner marketing strategies and campaigns that drive and progress quality pipeline to hit business goals.
Strong project and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on creating clear and engaging joint initiatives with partners.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
Ability to think creatively and solve problems with a solutions-oriented approach.
Comfort with data analysis (Salesforce & Tableau) and reporting to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
