Job Role: Facebook Ads Manager & Media Buyer (004-0081)

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day), but you must be available for meetings as needed from 12 PM to 4 PM AEDT (9 AM to 1 PM Philippines time).

Salary: 1,500 AUD / monthly

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

The client is a results-driven digital advertising agency specializing in maximizing ROI on social media and Google Ads. Whether businesses are managing their own campaigns or working with an agency, they provide expert insights to improve performance and ensure ad spend is delivering real results. Their approach goes beyond just running ads—they take the time to understand each business, craft strategies that attract high-quality customers, and optimize backend processes so clients can focus on what they do best.

Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Manager & Media Buyer to join the team. You will play a key role in the funnel team, ensuring clients achieve a 5X or better ROI on their advertising by optimizing ad performance.

Your responsibilities will include continuously working to keep advertising costs low while staying up to date with any changes to Facebook Business Manager and related Facebook properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating Ads (copy, forms, etc).
  • Optimising Ads (testing ad headlines, hooks, image hooks, and images).
  • Writing Ad Copy - You will be provided ad templates but you will need to be able to expand on the templates to improve ad copy.  
  • Guide the graphic designer to create Thumb Stopping Images & Videos .
  • Ensure FB ads are compliant with FB ad policies and are compliant for laws related to the niche the client is in (e.g. chiropractic must comply with their licensing boards as they differ from state to state and country to country).
  • Updating pixels & installing pixels and creating offline events as necessary.
  • Keeping up to date with changes to FB ads manager (business manager & business suite) and having regular meetings with FB account managers to keep good relationships.
  • Ensuring client accounts are in good standing at all times.
  • Ensuring we are meeting our KPI’s for clients.
  • Create reports and explain to the account manager the results you’ve produced as well as future forecasting what you will be doing for each client and their campaigns so they can liaise with our clients.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing Facebook Ads/PPC campaigns with ad budgets exceeding $1,500 AUD per month.
  • At least 2 years of experience using Go High Level or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to handle 10+ clients simultaneously while optimizing ad performance.
  • Track record of consistently meeting benchmarks and improving ad results.
  • Commitment to excellence, always striving for the best outcomes in every campaign.
  • Basic web development skills with the ability to work with Facebook's API.
